Kubota GBS has obtained certification for the ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems).
During the warranty period, our mechanic service will conduct scheduled inspections on the machine. For machines beyond the warranty period, our service team provides on-site repairs and for larger-scale repairs, customers have the option to send them to Kubota GBS’s mechanic service department.Additionally, our Kubota GBS Mechanic Service Department provides fundamental mechanic training, including driving courses.
Our team will come and provide service to the location of the customers who are still within the warranty period and those who are not, we will do the same or bring the machine to the service center and repair.
We are providing spare parts service to be easily accessible throughout Myanmar.
We deliver the machines door to door.
